Custom-Built Home in TerraBella Village – Lot 48
With numerous general contractors and home builders available to choose from, we selected Ron Lee Homes to build our custom home. Price, quality, attention to detail, and time were factored into our decision. Also of great concern was going through the process while we were only able to periodically be in the area. The Team at Ron Lee Homes was able to fulfill all of our anxieties. The communication was always relevant and timely. Our housing consultants were incredible through the design process allowing our vision to come to life while guiding us to make everything perfect. The foreman was always easy to reach regarding questions during the building process and made the process not seem overwhelming.
The Ron Lee Team worked directly with the subcontractors to assure our requirements and wishes were met, inspected their work and maintained an “on time” schedule of building; even with unforeseen setbacks and obstacles. The Team was always polite and helpful with questions and concerns throughout the building process and kept the job site neat and orderly. Ron and his Team provided responsive attention through phone calls, email, messaging and meeting at the construction site when needed. The Ron Lee Team maintained interest in making sure we were happy with the end results.
Ron Lee Homes has done an awesome job making our build a pleasurable experience providing us an on time, on budget home that we will truly enjoy for many years to come.
