They say it’s all about location, but there’s so much more that goes into building a custom home, and we wanted to share our experiences and “adventures in building” with you in this new blog – Preview Our Progress. Along the way, we’ll share with you details about our new, custom home, which is a two-story, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home, complete with approximately 3,300 living square feet. The open floorplan offers two bedrooms downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs, and includes a gorgeous outdoor kitchen – perfect for entertaining. It’s “all about space” with a walk-in attic, floored for future space – perfect for a game room or “man cave.”

The greatest thing about being a part of our building process from the very beginning is that if you write a contract with us now, you can be a part of choosing your colors and selections with us as your house gets built. Even if you don’t go under contract with this home, you still get to enjoy learning about the journey – you may even choose to build a custom home with us on one of the remaining lots we have available to build.
