Examining and re-examine your timing, the economy, your own personal goals. All of the above and more we experienced once we made the decision to build.
However, the one area we never questioned or had any doubts, was who our builder would be. Nancy & Ron Lee, of Ron Lee Homes, were unquestionably our first and ONLY choice of a builder. To be fair, we’ve had a personal relationship with Nancy & Ron for almost 30 years. But it was their reputation of putting out a quality product for a fair and market value price, and their integrity and honesty that was the most important factor. Ron Lee Homes met and exceeded all of these expectations!
The second most important factor was communication. Just like any other adventure, communication is key to both the builder and the client’s happiness. Nancy & Ron provided personal as well as business numbers so that we could be in contact over everything single aspect of the building process.
